MYSIGN collects and processes data exclusively for the purposes of the lawful and proper operation of the Website and in order to provide Website visitors and users with the best possible user experience.

The Personal Data of the Website visitor and user are collected, stored, and processed by MYSIGN for the purpose of supporting, promoting, and ensuring the proper operation of the Website, as well as for statistical data processing to improve the services provided.

Personal data collected and purpose of their processing

The personal data collected are further categorized into data of simple Website visitors and data of users of Website services, as follows:

(a) SIMPLE WEBSITE VISITORS:

During your navigation on the Website, data relating to Website usage (“usage data”) are collected for the purposes of analyzing usage, monitoring, and improving the Website and the services provided. Specifically, in the above cases, data are collected which may constitute personal data depending on the form to be completed for each service. In particular, the following apply as the case may be:

a) The user wishes to complete the predefined form available on our Website in order to request a quote for a specific service. In this case, the user is asked to provide their first and last name, email address, and telephone number.

b) The user wishes to complete the form available on our Website in order to contact our company for any other reason. In this case, the user is asked to provide their first and last name, email address, telephone number, and their message to us.

c) The user wishes to be contacted by us to schedule an in-person meeting in case the posted answers to frequently asked questions do not suffice. In this case, the user is asked to provide their full name, email address, and telephone number.

d) The user wishes to complete the form available on our Website in order to evaluate our company’s services. In this case, the user is asked to provide their full name, email address, and to write their comment.

In all of the above cases (a–d), in addition to the expressly mentioned data, the user’s IP address is also collected by MYSIGN.

The Website does not collect or require the disclosure of special categories of personal data (sensitive personal data).

The above personal data of Website service users are used by MYSIGN for the purpose of contacting you (a) to provide the quote you requested, (b) regarding the issue you raised in your message to us, (c) to arrange an in-person meeting with you, and (d) to evaluate our services.

Data recipients & transfer to third countries

Recipients of the Service User’s data are:
